Travel counselors have enhanced their cruise-specific agent training module after witnessing an increase in cruise bookings.

Registered a 60% increase in cruise sales in April and May 2022 compared to the months ahead, as well as a 15% increase in cruise sales from November 2021 to April 2022 – growth driven by the premium (31%) and luxury (22 %) cruise lines.
TC Together Events and “Takeovers” to Agents
Since the travel ban was lifted earlier this year, travel counselors have been offering their agents a range of training modules, such as TC Together events and “takeover” days. The company plans to host further events in June, such as the Cruise Roadshow in Manchester (22 June), Birmingham (28 June), and London (30 June).

Last month, the firm also launched a new digital cruise guide called Set Sail, a tool that agents can use to find information and advice for booking a cruise.
