Sydney Sweeney In Swimsuit Frankie Bikini
Gen Z’s favorite bikini brand has partnered with the TikTok demographic’s favorite bombshell on a swim collaboration that’s sure to heat up the summer of 2023. The Sydney Sweeney x Frankie’s bikini collection is the brainchild of Emmy-nominated actress and producer and Los Angeles-based. Beachwear brands have already teamed up to give us show-stopping fashion moments in season two of Euphoria.

Gorgeous silhouette, lace, and ruffle details
Gorgeous silhouettes, lace and ruffle detailing, and a kiss print using Sweeney’s own lips and more on that later are just some of the design elements you can expect in the capsule. The campaign, photographed in Rome by Sonia Shostak, oozes femininity and romance. It could almost be mistaken for a lingerie campaign. The fact that it’s swimwear makes it even sexier and cooler, not to mention more fun.

Italian Summer Romance
Inspired by Italian summer romances, the first release from the collaboration lands on March 14, with the second dropping in early April. Below, Sweeney talks exclusively with Elle about the collection, where she’s currently wearing the pieces, kissing, and more. It definitely sparked conversation! We met in person at her Venice office and immediately hit it off. We were throwing around ideas and mood boards.
With Francesca Aiello and her incredible company
I grew up on the water, always running around in a bikini. If I wasn’t swimming in a lake or ocean, I was skiing or trying to surf. So there was always a part of me that wanted to create something that really felt like me. And with Francesca Aiello and her incredible company, we created something truly special. In fact, the partnership happened specifically because of that scene. However, this time instead of revenge, the theme is romance.
To show the world its powerful
I think it’s powerful to show the world that you are unapologetic yourself. We really captured the feel of Rome and invoked the emotions behind the collection. We wanted a space that appreciated the details on the pieces, but also somewhere we had the freedom to move and play.
Maybe Sweeney’s character, a fan of the hit show
I was actually filming Immaculate in Rome at the time, so I lived there for four months! I love Italy. I’m in Australia now and film and wear my pieces almost every day. It’s the perfect place: beachy, warm, sunny, and romantic. Fans of the hit show probably remember Sweeney’s character, Cassie, stepping out in the brand’s Gemma one-piece as an act of rebellion. and a shameless attempt to get attention from Nate Jacobs in the infamous hot tub scene at Maddie’s birthday party.
