Succession star Jay Cameron-Smith has said that there is a lot of material for a spin-off of the show. Succession Season 4 will premiere on March 26.

Jay Cameron-Smith recently addressed the end of Succession following the full release of its fourth and final season. The HBO show has received numerous accolades including multiple Primetime Emmys. While the show’s final ending may be sad for a lot of fans, Jay Cameron-Smith offers hope.

Cameron-Smith who plays Gerry in Succession
Cameron-Smith, who plays Gerry in Succession, spoke with EW during the New York premiere party for the show’s final season. The actor spoke for the first time about how Succession could go on for years as there is a wealth of material. After being asked about the spin-off show, he joked that perhaps it could be called “Better Call Gerry”, a reference to the Breaking Bad spin-off Better Call Saul.

After joking, the actor said that a spin-off could definitely happen considering the amount of material out there for it. She said that there needs to be a Succession spin-off, even if it doesn’t feature Geri. It remains to be seen whether the much-acclaimed series gets a spin-off or not.
Avenging actor said
“I don’t think there should be a show about Gary, but I do think … that there could be some kind of sequel to the show, with or without Gary,” the Vengeance actor said. He added, “I think There’s a lot of material.”
He didn’t say anything about his character

Cameron-Smith told the outlet that her character doesn’t have a secure position. Because she has managed to do both Logan Roy and Roman wrong on the show at the same time. However, she added that her character ends up pulling off in the end. While she didn’t reveal anything about her character, she said it would be a “bumpy ride” that would have “good stuff”. Succession Season 4 will premiere on 26 April.
