PM Modi addressed a conference organized on Tribal Pride Day here. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was also present on this occasion. He welcomed PM Modi on the stage. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said here that despite being about 10 percent of the country’s population, for decades, the culture of tribal society, their potential was completely ignored. The suffering of the tribals, their suffering, the education of the children did not matter to them.

PM Modi said while participating in the tribal convention

I tried to understand those songs because it has been my experience that I have spent a significant period of life among the tribals. I have seen that there is some element of knowledge in everything they say. He said that the tribals perform well in their dance songs, in their songs, in their traditions.

PM Modi launched the “Ration Aapke Dwar” scheme

Along with this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of Eklavya Model Residential School to be built in Ratlam district. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was also present in this program. Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched Ration Aapke Gram Yojana and Hemoglobinopathy Mission at a program organized at Jamboree Maidan in Bhopal.

Prime Minister Modi was dressed as a tribal society

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Bhagwan Birsa Munda Memorial Udyan cum Freedom Fighter Museum in Ranchi through video conferencing today on the occasion of Birsa Munda’s birth anniversary.

In his address, PM Modi said

The country has decided on this nectar of independence. The country will now give a more grand identity to India’s tribal traditions, valor stories. In this sequence, a historic decision has been taken. Every year from today, the country will celebrate 15 November i.e. the birthday of Lord Birsa Munda as Tribal Pride Day. PM Modi said, some days in our life come very fortunately. When these days come then it is our duty. May his aura, his light be passed on to the next generations in more grand rooms. Today’s day is such an occasion of virtue.
