Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in his parliamentary constituency Varanasi to inaugurate the Kashi-Viswanath corridor. After reaching Varanasi, PM Modi first went to the Kaal Bhairav temple called Kotwal of Kashi and did darshan and aarti there. After this, he reached Lalita Ghat via the Ganges route via cruise and took a dip in the Ganges.

After visiting the Kaal Bhairav temple, PM Modi passed through the narrow streets of Banaras. Here people gave him a warm welcome and showered roses on him. Along with slogans of ‘Modi-Modi’ and ‘Har Har Mahadev’. On the occasion of the inauguration of the Kashi-Viswanath corridor, the whole of Varanasi has been decorated like a bride.
PM Modi will offer prayers in the sanctum sanctorum for a quarter of an hour
After inaugurating the Kashi-Viswanath corridor, PM Modi will offer prayers in the sanctum sanctorum for about one and a half hours. After that, he will take a place in the program organized at the temple square in the presence of saints and enlightened people, looking at the golden peak.

PM Modi will also see other buildings including Varanasi Gallery, City Museum, Mumukshu Bhawan built in the Dham. In the evening PM Modi will visit Sant Ravidas Ghat. After this he will attend the Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat.
