Damon Arnett, a former Las Vegas Raiders cornerback, was reportedly arrested Tuesday morning on three charges in South Florida. TMZ Sports, citing police records, reported that Arnett was initially stopped in Miami Beach on Monday evening and was driving with a suspended license. was found and a citation was issued to him. But could not escape arrest in its second stop in a span of four hours.

After the first stop, the officers reportedly told Arnett not to wait until his license was restored. Till then he was not allowed to drive his own vehicle. But he “allowed another licensed driver to drive through a traffic stop.”
Arrested for willful driving with license
However, police said officers found him allegedly driving the same car at around 12:48 a.m. ET and arrested him for intentionally driving with a suspended license. Police said a further search for Arnett found “a baggie containing (a) white powdery substance compatible with cocaine,” according to TMZ.
Arnett was booked on Tuesday immediately after 3 am. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, drug possession, and driving on a suspended license.

Arnett has been in and out of trouble since being drafted by the Raiders in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He was released by Las Vegas last November. When videos of him brandishing weapons and making death threats surfaced on social media.
