In an interview, Kartik Aaryan had told about this. He said- ‘Kiss Subhash ji wanted a passion. I didn’t know how to kiss. I was about to ask him that sir please show me how to do this.’ I never imagined that the kissing scene would be such a big headache. We were behaving like lovers that day. In the end, Subhash ji was happy that he got what he wanted. This film did not bring much for Karthik, but he definitely got a golden opportunity to work with Subhash Ghai. He Became Famous Because of Monologues

Apart from this, the actor also shared an anecdote from his first film. In which he told that due to which he became famous, he wanted to get him removed from the film. He felt that this monologue would spoil his career. Karthik says, when he read the monologue, director Luv Ranjan asked to delete that scene. He thought that this would spoil his career, people would make fun of him. He told that after the release of the film, he was surprised to see this monologue going viral on social media.
