In West Bengal, 1 female patient suffering from Kovid-19 died due to a fire in the Kovid ward of Burdwan Medical College in the morning. However, the fire has been brought under control for now. There is an atmosphere of panic among other patients and relatives due to the death of the patient. Officials said that 5 members have been constituted to find out what caused the fire and investigate the matter.

Hospital sources said that a fire broke out in the Radharani ward of the hospital in the early hours of Saturday. Since the outbreak of the Corona epidemic, this ward was converted into a special ward for the treatment of Kovid. He told that initially, the relatives of the patients tried to extinguish the fire after seeing the fire. But soon a fire tender was called and the police reached the spot.
