Fawlty Towers John Cleese to Restart Series With Daughter

The actor and writer will be teaming up with daughter Camilla Cleese, with the pair set to write and star. According to preliminary information, the new series will explore “how over-the-top, cynical and misanthropic Basil Fawlty navigates the modern world”, with a focus on his relationship with his daughter as they live together in a Manage boutique hotel.

The Cleeses are working with filmmaker Rob Reiner and his team at Castle Rock.
