The drone strike was carried out at 9:48 pm on Saturday night.The special thing is that no American was present in Kabul at the time of this attack. South Asian affairs expert Michael Kugelman has also said that this is a possibility. That Pakistan has helped America in this action. He said that the ISI chief had gone to America a few days ago.

Taliban flared up, Saudi welcomed

Zawahiri had been heading Al Qaeda for 11 years. He was once Osama bin Laden’s personal physician. According to the New York Times, Zawahiri comes from a distinguished family from Egypt. Her grandfather, Rabia al-Zawahiri, was an imam at the Al-Azhar University in Cairo. His great-grandfather Abdel Rahman Azam was the first secretary of the Arab League. Not only this, Zawahiri had helped in the conspiracy of the mastermind of the terrorist attack on America. Zawahiri was in hiding after the September 11, 2001 attacks on the US. He survived the US attack in the mountainous Tora Bora region of Afghanistan.

US attack called a violation of International Agreement

Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid called the US attack a violation of international agreement. Mujahid said that this is a direct violation of the international agreement that signed when US forces left Afghanistan in 2020. At the same time, the Saudi News Agency said that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Saudi has described this move of America as a serious injury on the terrorist campaign.

Bajwa appeals to America to give loan to Pakistan

For this reason, Bajwa had a conversation with a top US official. Japanese media had revealed that Bajwa had appealed to the US to give loans to Pakistan. It has also been revealed in the media report that the chief of Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI had also visited America just a few days ago. General Bajwa’s talks and ISI chief’s visit have raised the possibility of a Pakistani role in Zawahiri’s hunt.
