Darwin New Electric Scooter Cheap And With Powerful Features

Electric two-wheeler manufacturer Darwin Platform Group of Companies has launched three new electric two-wheelers in India namely D-5, D-7 and D-14. The company has launched these three models in the market with many features, including strong design, better suspension and regenerative braking. The ex-showroom price of these three EVs fixed at Rs 68,000, Rs 73,000 and Rs 77,000 respectively. On a single charge, this electric scooter can be driven from 70 to 120 km.

Darwin is much cheaper than Ola

Ola’s electric scooters well-liked in the market, with the S1 and S1 Pro getting a huge demand from the customers. The prices of both of these are Rs 1 lakh and Rs 1.30 lakh respectively. In this, the company has installed a more powerful battery with the S1 Pro and it claimed to run up to 181 km on a single charge. Darwin’s scooters are much cheaper than Ola electric scooters and a large number of these affordable scooters have come under the purview of customers.

The Simple One and Ather Energy are also present in the market with their electric scooters and are competing with the Ola EV. Here the electric scooter of Simple One sold with an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.10 lakh. At the same time, the ex-showroom price of Ather 450X kept at Rs 1.32 lakh. After this, the EV of Bajaj Chetak made available at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.25 lakh to 1.27 lakh. At the same time, the price of TVS iCube fixed at Rs 1 lakh.
