Alishan Sharafu is an Emirati cricketer. He was named in the United Arab Emirates squad for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. In their Plate semi-final match against Nigeria, Sharafu scored an unbeaten 59 and was named man of the match.

Alishan began playing domestic cricket in 2019 and was selected for the UAE international squad for the T20I squad the following year. So let’s know about Alishan Sharafu’s domestic and international cricket debut and career. He has been playing domestic cricket since 2018-19, and he started his cricket career with the short format of cricket.

He played on 23 February 2020 in Iran v. U.A.E. and Made his T20 debut in the match. In Al Amrat. After that, he made his List A debut on 08 January 2021 in the match of Ireland vs U.A.E. In Abu Dhabi, he has got a chance to play only 7 T20 matches so far, in which he has scored only 38 runs.

In 2019, after seeing his good performance in Under 19 cricket, especially in the 2019 ACC Under-19 Asia Cup. And for the first time, Alishan was selected for the UAE T20 International squad in February 2020 against Iran at Al Amarat. And he made his T20I debut on 23 February 2020 in the match against U.A.E. vs. Iran at Al Amrat.

And then, he made his ODI debut on 08 January 2021 in the match against U.A.E. vs Ireland in Abu Dhabi. And he has got a chance to play only 10 ODIs till November 2022, in which he scored only 145 run
