As per an India Today report, Aamir Khan’s latest film will be available on Netflix from October 20 this year. Laal Singh Chaddha releases in cinemas on August 11. It will be one of the first films to follow a waiting period of two months for an OTT release.
US-based streaming service
Khan was reportedly seeking a streaming rights deal with Netflix worth around Rs 150 crore. However, the US-based streaming service cleared the deal at a cost of Rs 80-90 crore.

The development comes after reports surfaced that Aamir Khan had decided not to charge his fees for the film after the film failed at the box office.
